Out Spotlight Product for March 2022 was Epsom Salt. Epsom Salt is a chemical compound made up of magnesium, sulfur, and oxygen, known as a magnesium sulphate.

Most of the reported benefits of Epsom salt are attributed to magnesium which is a mineral that a lot of us aren’t getting enough of. It is believed that Epsom salt releases magnesium and sulphate ions when dissolved in water. Some of the claimed benefits of Epsom Salts include:

• Promoting Sleep and Stress Reduction.

• Exercise Performance and Recovery.

• Reduced Pain and Swelling.

Whether or not you believe the evidence to support these claims, I think we can all agree that a warm bath with some Epsom Salts sounds very relaxing!
