Face Coverings & Covid-19 Policies
For the continued safety of our patients and staff, we will continue to wear face coverings at all appointments and we respectfully ask that you do so too.
If you are in possession of a valid medical exemption certificate, please advise a member of staff.
We would also like to take this opportunity to remind you of our current covid-19 policies.
Face-coverings are mandatory in the clinic. We always love to see your smiling faces, but the safety of our patients and our staff is of the utmost importance to us, so please ensure you wear one, unless you are medically exempt. Our staff will also be wearing PPE, to help minimise the risk to our patients.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment, to reduce the amount of time spent in the clinic. While we would love a catch up, we don’t want you spending more time here than necessary, and must avoid patients crossing over between appointments.
If you are late, we will be unable to treat you. This is to ensure we have enough time to clean the treatment room thoroughly between patients.
The door will be locked when you arrive, this is to prevent walk-in patients as we need to be able to trace everyone coming in to the clinic, and also ensures our staff are the only people touching the handle, to further prevent the spread of infection.
Our toilet is not open to the public. Please go before you arrive. Unfortunately our only toilet is only accessible through our Staff Only area, where confidential information is stored, as a result we cannot allow patients to be walking through a private area.
